Hotel La Fenice - Rome

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, making it super convenient to explore those iconic spots. The rooftop breakfast offered a delightful spread, and the cappuccino was a highlight that kicked off our mornings nicely. the check-in process felt a bit confusing as we had to head to another property to get our keys, which was inconvenient after a long trip. The room itself was tidy and met our basic needs, although the drainage in the shower could use some attention. it was a pleasant stay during our family trip to see the sights of Rome.

Original accommodation with an exceptional service in the middle of Rome. Fantastic, amazing location down to a local restaurant.

A laptop-compatible safe, a mini-bar, and central heating available in the queen room. Exceptionally clean bathroom with a bathtub. Exceptional service overall and parking nearby. Fabulous dishes, very central location to after a long day's sightseeing. Also - short walk to the major shopping streets, hop on/off bus a stones throw away and the colosseum.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. The drainage in the shower was poor, and I often found water pooling on the bathroom floor. The odd layout and cramped space made it challenging to navigate, especially while carrying luggage.

Excellent, attentive staff. Wonderful facilities recently renovated. Highly recommended..

Location between the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps offers easy access to major sights. The rooftop terrace gives a nice spot for breakfast with charming views. Cleanliness stood out, with the room kept tidy throughout the stay. Room size is cramped was good, especially with luggage. Wi-Fi connectivity struggled. The check-in process at a separate hotel felt confusing and added unnecessary hassle after traveling. Breakfast options were limited, and it felt crowded in the designated area. Despite these hiccups, the positive atmosphere and convenient location were good.

The location was amazing. Probably the reason anyone would stay here. Apart from that, its a normal bed and breakfast not really a hotel. Should be cheaper though.

Great staff, excellent location

The a/c heater in my room broke down, and was only fixed 2 nights later. Also, breakfast area is very cramped.

Room quality could use improvement. We experienced several maintenance issues such as poor air conditioning and a dirty shower.

I liked staying at La Fenice very much. The staff was really nice and helpful with anything you would ask. Food was really good and varialbe for all tastes.

The staff members were very collaborative and predisposed to help you in any need.. The location is very good. If I have the chance to go back to Rome, I should choose the place again.

Everything is fine, the room is lovely sized with air con and a Jacuzzi tub and free WiFi

What a such great stay, no reason to complain. Reasonably spacious great value hotel with a marvellous location just off Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza della Repubblica and other historical sites. Excellent service and comfortable ambiance.
